Carly and Bryce’s Leadville Colorado Engagement
It’s engagement season for us here at Bergreen Photography and we couldn’t be more excited! The hills are a vibrant green, the peaks have the perfect amount of snow for photographs, and love is in the air! Carly and Bryce were kind enough to share a few secret spots with us during their Leadville Colorado engagement. We’ve been spending a lot of time lately exploring and scouting new locations to shoot so when we learned that Bryce had some amazing location ideas we put our fate is his hands. That might be the best decision we’ve made all week! It was amazing to get to experience and explore a new location and it was easy to be inspired by the beauty that surrounded us!
Not to mention Carly and Bryce being exceptional models! They made me feel like I was photographing their love rather than them. Maybe that doesn’t make sense so I’ll explain. Most of us change a little in front of the camera, I know I do. We pose or get self-conscious or do things we normally wouldn’t do. I don’t know what they were feeling on the inside but on the outside their movements were comfortable and they looked natural. We didn’t feel the need to get them to loosen up because they seemed ready to go from the first pictures we took.
Maybe it was their love or the beautiful location they chose for the engagement but I didn’t want the evening to be over. Luckily I’ll get the chance to hang out with and photograph this rad couple again later this summer. I feel certain that Bryce will have a few more secret spots to share! Thanks you two for the tour of Leadville! We’re grateful to meet and photograph an awesome, laid-back, adventure-loving couple like you!
