Anniversary PhotoDate in Evergreen Colorado

We had the absolute honor of helping Brian and Nancy celebrate their 30th wedding anniversary earlier this week. We love meeting couples that are newly engaged and excited about their future together but there is something extra special about spending time with a couple that’s the product of 30 years of love. There’s something about they way they look at each other with not only love but also knowing, there’s something about the way they have been through the ups and downs and come out stronger for it, there’s something about the way they share a bottle of 33 year old port that they got when they were married and saved for a special occasion. I love that they called us for little Evergreen Colorado photography to help celebrate their anniversary.

For their PhotoDate, we met them at their adorable treehouse at Hyland Haven where they were spending a few days for their anniversary. After enjoying the grounds, we went to Alderfer Three Sisters Park where they road mountain bikes together earlier that week. We loved watching them enjoy the giddiness that an anniversary brings, hearing them talk about their daughters recent engagement, and capturing them being young and in love… 30 years later! Congrats you two, and Happiest Anniversary!
