we didn’t want to have one last adventure, we wanted our life and our love to be an adventure

We met on an ice-climbing trip to the eastern Sierras while studying engineering and leading outdoor adventure trips at Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, CA. We quickly learned that we make a great team both on and off the mountain. As our lives merged to create a new path and fresh meaning, we discovered a new way to experience our lives. Sitting on an island during our honeymoon, we decided to quit our desk jobs to pursue photography. That was 2011.
