Most of the time we work in a documentary style—capturing authentic moments as they unfold without heavy posing. When it’s time for portraits, often around sunset, we’ll guide you just enough to help you feel natural while soaking in the Colorado mountain views. The result: timeless, true-to-life images that tell the story of your wedding adventure.

We work with couples who say they are awkward or uncomfortable all the time. We do our best to get to know you and put you at ease so you can look and feel natural. It also helps to focus on your love for each other or the mountain views. We help you plan a stress-free day because the better your experience, the better the photos. Sometimes we tell jokes but that usually ends with people laughing at us instead of with us… whatever works right 😉

Yes! As Colorado mountain wedding photographers and videographers, we travel throughout Colorado, California, and beyond. There are no travel fees for weddings near Evergreen, CO. For Colorado destination wedding photography, we simply require two nights of accommodations. For destination weddings outside those states, fees vary based on the location—let us know where your adventure takes you, and we’ll be there.

We would love to capture this special time in your lives. We call your engagement session a PhotoDate, it is part photoshoot and part double date. It is a fun part of the wedding planning process and a great opportunity to get to know each other and have an experience all while creating images. As you’ve seen in our marketing, we are a husband and wife photography team. Our Colorado wedding packages for big or small weddings come with two photographers, Marc and Brenda Bergreen, for your wedding day. (Or options for one photographer and one videographer.)

It’s your wedding and our first goal is to capture your special day. All your specific requests will be covered in your pre-wedding consultation with us. We are always looking to connect with our clients and create a remarkable experience.

Enough to cover the event without overwhelming you with duplicates. You can expect somewhere in the ballpark of 600 edited photos although the exact quantity varies based on the wedding.

Our editing style is clean, timeless, and true to life. We color-correct and refine every image so your photos look natural and authentic—never trendy or over-processed. We’ll remove small distractions when needed, but our goal is to keep your images real and lasting. Think classic and timeless Colorado wedding photography that will still feel beautiful decades from now. 

You’ll receive an online gallery where you can easily view, share, and download your wedding photos. High-resolution files with a print release are included in your package, along with options for albums and wall art. It rained on our own wedding day—so we know firsthand that a little weather can add to the story. As experienced Colorado mountain wedding photographers, we’re prepared for anything: sunshine, snow, or sudden rain. We adapt quickly to changing conditions and look for creative ways to capture the magic of your day, whether that’s dramatic skies, cozy moments under umbrellas, or adventurous portraits in the mist. Rain can be good luck, and it always makes for unforgettable photos at outdoor Colorado mountain weddings.

Our packages are simple and all-inclusive, designed for the two experiences we specialize in: intimate Colorado elopements (3–4 hours) and luxury full-day weddings (10–12 hours). Nothing in-between. Full-day weddings give us time to capture the entire story, while elopements are perfect for couples who want a shorter, intentional celebration. Additional hours can always be added if needed, but most couples find one of these two approaches fits beautifully.

Wedding videography is the perfect way to capture those wedding memories that photos don’t do justice to. You can capture a great photo of a speech or a dance, but you can’t hear the words or see the dance moves. Videos are a great addition to your package, and we offer ceremony videos, reception videos, and highlight reel videos. You can add wedding videography to your wedding photography package and get the same seamless experience and benefits of our teamwork.

The experience of love and adventure. A Colorado wedding can mean outdoor ceremonies, towering mountains, twinkly lights, and delicious food. Whether we’re working in an aspen grove in Summit County or rock climbing deep in the Rocky Mountains, we love watching our couples exchange vows with mountain views.

As you begin your wedding planning it’s important to determine if you’re planning a big or intimate wedding as that will have an influence on which wedding venue is right for you based on the reception space and ceremony site capacity. Look for a wedding venue with good catering options and check the hour restrictions if you’re planning on a late night. If you want an outdoor ceremony site aim for unobstructed mountain views.
