Sequoia National Park Wedding | Megan and Chris White Horse Inn Wedding
Meeting and getting to know Megan and Chris has been quite the treat. They, like us, love Sequoia National Park and dreamed of getting married in the forest amongst the big trees. If you recall their rainy Yosemite PhotoDate, it was a rainy one and they made the best of the adventure anyway! In contrast, their wedding day was a bright, sunny day. They did a first look amongst the Giant Sequoias, tied the knot on Beetle Rock, and then headed down to into Three Rivers for a little riverside celebration. We’re delighted to share this White Horse Inn Sequoia Wedding with you!
Some of the highlights from this photographer’s perspective: The ceremony with a view, that phenomenal first dance, the group tango mixer, and the cake so pretty that I didn’t want them to cut it! Megan and Chris weren’t worried about a little dirt on their wedding attire or the swarm of ladybugs we had to swim through. Their guests also seemed to enjoy Sequoia and make the best of their trip with many of them fitting in a pre-wedding hike. It was an honor to meet this couple and see their dedication to each other and adventure as they planned and executed this stunning forest wedding. As an additional bonus, we got to return to the White Horse Inn and see the amazing owners Gary and Jeanne five years after we celebrated our own wedding there. Cheers to Megan and Chris! May you continue to dance together and explore together!
