Today we have the honor of sharing this Mt Evans wildflower engagement PhotoDate. Courtney and Justin were a blast to hike and explore with. It’s a game with Colorado weather never knowing when the thunderstorms are going to appear, where the best wildflowers will be, or what clothes to pack for the unpredictable temperature changes. Luckily for us, Courtney and Justin were ready for an adventure! They were game to stand here, there, and everywhere so that we could capture their love and excitement.
I was getting my teeth cleaned today, everyone’s favorite thing to do, and the hygienist was doing a great job of making it seem like we were having a conversation when the reality was I had dental tools in my mouth and could hardly do much beyond “ahhhh.” She told me how cool she thought it was that we get to capture peoples memories for them. Then she proceeded to tell me about sharing some photo albums with her nephews over the holiday weekend. As I look through these photos and prepare to share Courtney and Justin’s preview with you, I have to say I agree. It is cool.
It’s cool that this couple is taking a time out to enjoy being engaged. And it’s cool that they explored some beautiful Colorado scenery with us in order to do it. When they look back on this time in their lives, I hope they remember how excited they were to be engaged and living in Colorado. I also hope these pictures remind them on days when it seems like a distant memory!(And speaking of teeth, these two have some stunningly contagious smiles!)
