Snowy Colorado Mountain Engagement | Allie and Scotty in the Colorado Rockies

As promised, Allie and Scotty cleaned up after some skiing engagement photos for their snowy Colorado mountain engagement. We went in search of mountain views and a good time. We found both. Being that these two are pretty adventurous, we knew they would be up for anything. Since we had the weekend with the two of them we were able to be flexible, go to a few different places, and try a few different visions. Allie and Scotty were the perfect models: up for anything and committed to making it fun and playful. I didn’t know what to expect leading up to photographing them but now I’m already looking forward to doing it again! They were comfortable in front of our cameras, comfortable in each others arms, and patient while we tip-toed through the ice and snow to get the shot.

Even though you can see the sun in some of the photos, it was cold. Freezing. Windy. But these two kept each other warm with snuggles, jokes, and movement. Dancing on the ice actually makes one quite graceful by the way! They took the time to soak in the epic views around us and appreciate the day. We’re glad these two are making it official this summer. There’s nothing like having two good friends make each other happy and knowing they’ll take care of each other.
