It’s been a whirlwind of a year, where does the time go and how is it almost November? If you’ve been following along with us on the blog or social media you may have noticed that there’s been a lot going on in our world. We’ve been in the process of moving for quite a while now and have done a lot of traveling back and forth between Colorado and California to make that happen. We’ve been re-building our business in Colorado while still serving our amazing clients in California. We sold our house in California and have lived a lot of different places while house shopping in Colorado (including a camper on the back of our truck.) I have a feeling 2017 is going to look a lot different than 2016. For one thing, we’re buying a house, so we’ll have a permanent residence in Colorado (not on wheels.) We’re also having a baby! A lot of things will change. However, we’re still shooting weddings and adventures in both Colorado and California so feel free to send us your traveling with baby tips.

Today’s blog post is a little bit of a throw-back. With the craziness of this year and all of the traveling we’ve been doing, the blog has become highly focused on wedding and engagement working with a few adventures sprinkled in. Now as November approaches, the holidays ever nearer, and my baby belly getting more noticeable, we can’t help but reflect on the joys of 2016. We’ll be playing a little catch up on the blog in the adventures department with some trips from earlier this year. To start, one of our highlights of the summer… the love. adventurously. camping trip.

We sent an e-mail out to all of our amazing past clients inviting them to a love. adventurously. camping trip. As we decided to move our business we wanted to do something to show our appreciation for the community, support, and friendships that have developed through Bergreen Photography but perhaps more importantly through couples that share our desire to love. adventurously. A handful of awesome couples joined us for some hiking, climbing, river-time, and campfires in Sequoia National Park. We even had two beautiful pregnant mommas, well, three actually as it turns out I was as well. We’re grateful for these amazing people. Their love inspires us, their joy encourages us, and there friendship means the world. It’s our amazing friends that we’ll miss the most as we build our life in Colorado and we’re so glad we had this trip together.
