Evan and Liz’s Wildflower Wedding | Ferndale Farm Wedding
As I sit here preparing this blog post I’m still pumped after an awesome wedding weekend with some college friends. It’s pretty great when good friends get married and we get to witness their joy as they exchange vows and celebrate with their loved ones. It’s a special thing to be able to see behind the scenes as the wedding day progresses, to get extra time with them as they prepare to say “I do.” We were pretty excited for Evan and Elizabeth to come back to California and let us all join in celebrating their love. Liz’s parents transformed the Leonardi Farm into a wedding paradise for the weekend complete with a stunning field of wildflowers. The ceremony was touching, the speeches fantastic, and the party lasted well into the following day. Liz was absolutely breath-taking in her mom’s wedding dress and Evan sure cleans up well for being what his friends refer to as such a “bad ass” on a mountain bike. This Ferndale farm wedding is one for the record books.
Evan and Liz are pretty cool, a couple that Marc and I always love getting to spend time with. From our first double date back in college we knew these two made an awesome pair, we just had a little bit of a wait for them to make it official! Evan and Liz both love a good party so I wasn’t surprised that they had ability to throw an epic one but this wedding was beyond expectations! The surprises kept on coming from fireworks to a piñata to the food tables that were constantly and magically re-filling. So it’s an honor to be here pulling tripe duty as friends, fans, and photographers. Enjoy this preview from Evan and Liz’s Ferndale farm wedding!
