Pines Resort Bass Lake Wedding

We’ve been counting down to days to Christi and Grant’s Pines Resort Bass Lake Wedding! When we first met this amazing couple, their joy was contagious and their love for each other strikingly evident. As we watched the storm build and the chances of rain increase, we knew that nothing would slow this couple down. We had a feeling that they would make the best of their wedding day no matter what it held. They say that rain on your wedding day is good luck. After Saturday, I believe that’s true but also that you make your own luck. Despite envisioning an outdoor wedding by the lake, the Bride and Groom had the perfect wedding day mostly attributed to their bright and positive attitudes. They smiled, laughed, and enjoyed every moment even as last minute changes were being made or as raindrops fell on their heads. The rain cleared in time for us to take some post-dinner photos on the dock after side-splitting laughter at some very well done speeches. This couple is absolutely beautiful both inside and out. We were honored to meet them, get to know them, and capture their wedding. As you scroll through these pictures you’ll see them surrounded by the joy of their friends and family.
