Black Canyon Inn Wedding Photos

Kaley and Taylor tied the knot at the Black Canyon Inn in Estes Park Colorado surrounded by friends, family, wildlife, aspen trees, and foggy weather. Well, it wasn’t just fog. In true Colorado fashion we had rain, snow, and sunshine for their Black Canyon Inn wedding photos.

More importantly, we had emotion. Love, laughter, and tears filled the morning as these two said “I do.”

Kaley said something to me along the lines of, “this is the coolest thing I’ve ever done, but I’m exhausted!” Isn’t that the truth?

And the sign of a perfect wedding day?! There’s nothing like being surrounded by all of your favorite people as they gather to celebrate your love and your future.

We had the honor of watching these two prepare for the day, meet at the end of the aisle, greet their guests, dance, and explore Rocky Mountain National Park. Their joy and the joy of their families was obvious to us and hopefully comes through clearly in their wedding photos.

Our connection to these two makes us smile! We photographed Kaley’s cousin Caitlin and her wife Natalie for their Sequoia National Park engagement shoot. We stayed in touch eventually we all moved to Colorado. Caitlin and Natalie now have a daughter of similar age to our own!

Sometimes we get sad that we don’t have return customers and get to develop on going relationships. And then we realize that we kind of do!
