Mt Hood Organic Farms Wedding

Today we get to share Jeremiah and Chiu-Yu’s wedding photos. We’ve really been looking forward to capturing their wedding day. You might remember them from their adventurous Yosemite engagement during which we rock-climbed, back-packed, and star-gazed. From the moment we met them we felt at home. They are compassionate, smart, giving, loving, hard-working, confident yet humble, and a lot of fun. They are everything you’d want in a friend, climbing partner, or doctor. The fact that they found each other seems absolutely perfect. We were overjoyed to meet them in Oregon for their Mt Hood Organic Farms wedding.

A few things were mentioned in the wedding speeches that I need to reiterate. For one, Jeremiah and Chiu-Yu are kind and loving people. We’ve enjoyed every minute we’ve gotten to spend with them and hope to have more in the future. For two, apparently they’re foodies. I didn’t really know how much they loved good food because when we met them we were climbing and backpacking so you can only eat so well. However, once we saw and tasted the food at their wedding we knew that it must be a priority. We were right because it might have been mentioned in almost every speech. Let me say this, having friends that love good food is a great problem to have.

Jeremiah and Chiu-Yu chose a wedding venue that would speak to their adventurous spirits, love of nature, and appreciation for mountains. They also chose something that they knew everyone else would love too. A beautiful venue in a really cool town that serves delicious, in-season, family style food! This couple also happens to have a lot of friends that are less than one year old because adorable, delightful babies made up something like a tenth of the guest list! Needless to say, we loved every moment of Jeremiah and Chiu-Yu’s wedding and can’t wait to share it!
